Crash Indicator and Hazardous Materials information can be maintained through protected carrier entry when public percentiles are not available.

Impact pages connect each BASIC to the inspections and violations contributing to the current picture. Leaders can review violation purpose, severity, time weight, weighted impact, out-of-service status, affected unit, and the reason an aggregate measure may move even when detailed source records are incomplete. A quick-impact calculator can also model how a potential event might affect a BASIC before it is entered.

The system generates protected in-platform and email alerts for meaningful conditions, including estimated threshold risk, material measure worsening, FMCSA synchronization changes, reconciliation mismatches, verification deadlines, DataQs follow-up reminders, and system health concerns. Alerts from one FMCSA synchronization are consolidated into a single digest per eligible recipient to reduce notification noise.
